The extractor apparatus (2) is characterized in that the extractor apparatus (2) comprises a suction-extraction body (22) having a suction-extraction side (220), in which at least one of the suction-extraction openings (2) is provided, having a rear side (221), which is located opposite the suction-extraction side (220), and having three connecting walls (222), which each extend between an edge of the suction-extraction side (220) and an edge of the rear side (221), and in that at least one blowing-out opening (21) for blowing air out is provided in at least one of the connecting walls (222) of the suction-extraction body (22). A description is also given of a kitchen arrangement having such an extractor apparatus (2) and a hob (3).
