[origin: WO2021255370A1] The invention relates to a device (1) for an avalanche triggering system (S) capable of cooperating with a blasting chamber (3) and comprising: - a support frame (5) capable of being detachably mounted on the blasting chamber (3); - a spraying chamber (9) partially defining an inner mixing cavity (17) housing a gas mixer configured to produce a gas mixture, the spraying chamber (9) further comprising a spraying opening (21) configured to allow the gas mixture to pass to the outside of the spraying chamber (9); and - an ignition system (23) configured to set off an explosion of the gas mixture. The spraying chamber (9) enables the device (1) to be placed in an operational position configuration wherein the device (1) rests on the blasting chamber (3) by means of gravity. The invention also relates to an avalanche triggering system (S) comprising such a device (1), and a blasting chamber (3).
