[origin: WO2021259676A1] The invention relates to insulating glazing (20) at least comprising: a first pane (1); a second pane (2); a spacer (5); a glazing interior (3); and an outer pane interspace (13), wherein - the first pane (1) is attached to a first pane contact surface (7.1) and a first side surface (17.1) of the spacer (5), - the second pane (2) is attached to a second pane contact surface (7.2) and a second side surface (17.2) of the spacer (5), - the spacer (5) comprises at least one polymeric main part (5.1) and a reinforcing profile (5.2) comprising an inner face (15), an outer face (16) and two side surfaces (17), - the inner face (15) of the reinforcing profile (5.2) is at least partially integrally joined to the outer face (9) of the polymeric main part (5.1) and the width of the reinforcing profile (5.2) is less than or equal to the width of the polymeric main part (5.1) and - no outer seal is introduced in the outer pane interspace (13) and the outer face (16) of the reinforcing profile (5.2) is an exposed surface of the insulating glazing (20) facing the surroundings.
