Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zerstäuberscheibe zum Zerstäuben eines Fluids mit wenigstens einer Fluidführungsscheibe (11) und wenigstens einer an der Fluidführungsscheibe (11) angeordneten Spritzlochscheibe (12), welche wenigstens ein gegenüber dem Zentrum (Z) der Zerstäuberscheibe (10) versetztes Spritzloch (15) aufweist, sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Zerstäuberscheibe (10), wobei eine Fluidführungsscheibe (11) und eine Spritzlochscheibe (12) mit wenigstens einem darin angeordneten Spritzloch 15 und einer Umfangsgeometrie 18 ausgeschnitten wird.
