[origin: WO2021260330A1] The invention relates to a method for setting up a telephone communication between a first terminal (TC1) and a second terminal (TC2). The first and second terminals each have a main call identifier (IAP1, IAP2), and the second terminal furthermore has a secondary call identifier (IAS). This method is implemented when the user of the first terminal seeks to communicate with the user of the second terminal using the secondary call identifier of the second terminal. The method allows the telephone call of the first terminal to be redirected to a voicemail system (MV) associated with the secondary call identifier when the user of the second terminal does not answer this telephone call. The voicemail system is in fact associated with a voicemail-system call identifier (IAMV) selected from a database (DB) connected to a communication management platform (PGC).
