[origin: WO2023072560A1] The invention relates to a microfluidic element, in particular a flow cell, for processing a quantity of liquid (15) which is to be transported in a channel region (7) of the microfluidic element and which comes into contact with a dry reagent (13) integrated in the microfluidic element. According to the invention, the dry reagent (13) is located in an outwardly open end portion (12) of the channel region (7). The invention also relates to: a method for manufacturing such a microfluidic element; a combination of the microelement and operator means; and a method for operating the microelement using operator means.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mikrofluidelement, insbesondere eine Flusszelle, zur Verarbeitung einer in einem Kanalbereich (7) des Mikrofluidelements zu transportierenden Flüssigkeitsmenge (15), die mit einem in das Mikrofluidelement integrierten Trockenreagenz (13) in Kontakt kommt. Erfindungsgemäß ist das Trockenreagenz (13) in einem nach außen offenen Endabschnitt (12) des Kanalbereichs (7) angeordnet.Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Mikrofluidelements, eine Kombination aus dem Mikroelement und Betreibereinrichtungen sowie ein Verfahren zum Betreiben des Mikroelements durch Betreibereinrichtungen.
