[origin: WO2022003185A1] The present invention relates to a bicycle trailer (1) having a drawbar (10) for connection to a bicycle (2), at least one wheel (20, 21), and a box-shaped transport container (30), the transport container (30) having a cargo area (31), two opposing lateral walls (32, 33) and a front wall (34) which is oriented at an angle in relation to the lateral walls and a rear wall (35) opposite the front wall (34), the front wall (34) being located at a front end (51) of the transport container (30) so as to be closer to the drawbar (10) than the rear wall (35) which is located at a rear end (52) of the transport container (10), and the lateral walls (32, 33), the front wall (34) and the rear wall (35) surrounding the cargo area (31) and being oriented in an upright position at an angle in relation to the cargo area (31). According to the invention, in order to provide a bicycle trailer, the cargo volume of which can be adapted to the requirements of the goods to be transported, the front wall (34) and/or the rear wall (35) of the transport container (30) are secured to the cargo area (31) and/or the lateral walls (32, 33) in such a way that the front wall (34) and/or the rear wall (35) is/are pivotable about a pivot axis (53, 54) perpendicular to a direction of travel (50) of the bicycle trailer (1) into a horizontal position.
