It is possible that the second horizontal stabilizer (4) is mounted to the above-water platform (1), the mast (2), to the additional structurally supporting parts, to the parts that serve to change the angle of attachment of the main horizontal stabilizer, to the fuselage (5) or drive means (6) by means of a support element (3) with the possibility of changing the vertical position.
