[origin: US2023148021A1] A vessel is provided with a mast, sail, and halyard for hoisting the sail. Thesail includes dollies configured to be movable along the mast. Themast includes a guide member, the guide dollies configured to cooperate with said guide member, whereinthe sail includes rigid panels, articulated two by two;the mast is equipped with a transit part positioned at the end of the guide member, which has a flared lower portion and is open at its opposite ends,wherein during hoisting of the sail, each dolly is received in the transit part and is guided along to leave it through its upper opening and cooperate with the guide member, while during its lowering, each dolly is disengaged from the guide member, is received in the transit part, moves along it, and escapes from it by following the movement of the portion of the sail with which it is integral.

L'invention concerne un navire pourvu d'un mât (2), avec une voile (4) et une drisse pour la hisser,- cette voile (4) étant pourvue de chariots conformés pour pouvoir être déplacés le long dudit mât (2) ;-ledit mât (2) étant pourvu d'un organe de guidage (20), lesdits chariots de guidage étant conformés pour coopérer avec ledit organe de guidage (20),caractérisé en ce que :- ladite voile (4) est constituée de panneaux (5) rigides, articulés deux à deux ;- ledit mât (2) est équipé d'une pièce de transit (7) positionnée à l'extrémité dudit organe de guidage (20), qui présente une partie inférieure évasée et est ouverte à ses extrémités opposées,- de sorte que lors du hissage de la voile (4), chaque chariot (6) est reçu dans ladite pièce de transit (7) et est guidé le long de celle-ci pour en ressortir par son ouverture supérieure et venir coopérer avec ledit organe de guidage (20), tandis que lors de son affalement, chaque chariot (6) se désengage dudit organe de guidage (20), est reçu dans la pièce de transit (7), se déplace le long de celle-ci, puis s'en échappe en suivant le mouvement de la partie de la voile (4) à laquelle il est solidarisé.
