Die Erfindung betrifft ein Einlageelement (12) zum Einlegen in eine Rille (2) einer Schiene (1) für schienengeführte Fahrzeuge, insbesondere zum Einlegen in eine Rillenschiene für Trambahnen, mit einem Grundkörper (26) und einem vom Grundkörper (26) vorstehenden Fortsatz (13), der dazu ausgelegt ist, in einer in einem Rillenboden (6) der Rille (2) vorgesehenen Ausnehmung (15, 17) befestigt zu werden.
