Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2022008493A1] The invention relates to a paintable material (1) having a structured surface made of plastic (2, 3) containing amino groups, wherein at least a part of the amino groups on the structured surface has been functionalized covalently with vinyl groups by grafting a functionalizing reagent. Painted materials having structured paint surfaces can be obtained from these paintable material, wherein the invention also relates to said painted materials as well as to their production methods. The invention further relates to the use of a vinyl functionalization as a substitute for a primer layer or foundation in the painting of structured surfaces made of plastic containing amino groups with radiation-curing paints.
