A main body unit of an aerosol generation device according to an aspect of the present invention includes a cartridge accommodation portion configured to accommodate a cartridge; and an outer case configured to at least surround part of an outer circumference of the cartridge accommodation portion, wherein the outer case includes a main body case in which an opening portion is formed; and a cover member provided in the opening portion, an air inlet is formed in a gap between the cover member and the opening portion, and an air hole that allows fluid communication between the air inlet and the inside of the cartridge accommodation portion is formed at a position where the cover member and the main body case are overlapped each other.
