[origin: WO2022023970A1] Machine (10) including a feeding station (12) and a working station (14), the latter comprising a stationary structure (28, 30) defining a working area, an upper gripping unit (38) which is supported (62) by the stationary structure so as to be vertically movable and includes a gripping device (44) arranged to grip a box (B) and a covering sheet (S) assembly fed by the feeding station, first vertical driving means (64, 66, 68) associated to the upper gripping unit to control the vertical movement of the latter with respect to the stationary structure, and a lower working unit (42) including a plurality of working devices (88, 90) arranged to process, in cooperation with the gripping device, the box and covering sheet assembly so as to fold side portions (S1, S2, S3, S4) of the covering sheet and cause them to adhere at least to the outer faces of side walls (SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4) of the box. The lower working unit (42) is supported (96, 98, 100) by the stationary structure so as to be vertically movable, and the working station further comprising second vertical driving means (102, 104, 106) associated to the lower working unit to control the vertical movement of the latter relative to the stationary structure.
