[origin: WO2022023225A1] The invention relates to a connection device (130) for a wiper system (100) for wiping a glazed surface of a vehicle, the wiper system (100) comprising at least one wiper (110) designed to wipe the glazed surface, at least one wiper arm (120) designed to drive the rotation of the wiper (110), the connection device (130) being configured to connect the wiper (110) to the wiper arm (120), the connection device (130) comprising at least one connector (140) configured to be secured to the wiper (110) and at least one adapter (150) mounted with the ability to pivot on the connector (140), the wiper arm (120) extending between a first end (121) designed to be connected to a motor borne by the vehicle and a second end (122) designed to be secured to the adapter (150), characterized in that the adapter (150) and the connector (140) together define a closed-section housing (170) designed to accept at least part of the second end (122) of the wiper arm (120) and in that this at least part of the second end (122) of the wiper arm (120) is configured to contribute to holding the adapter (150) on the connector (140).
