[origin: WO2023275708A1] A hose reel for a flat flexible hose (T), for example a garden hose which can be connected with a water-supply system by means of a fitting (R), comprising at least two support elements (101, 102) which include a respective first and second contact surface (23', 23") for at least one wound hose portion (P). The two support elements (101, 102) are rotatable around an axis (X) so as to allow the winding/unwinding of hose portion (P). At least one support element (101, 102) moves in a radial direction with respect to the axis (X) so that the support elements (101, 102) pass between a distal and a proximal position, wherein both in the distal position and in the proximal position, the aforementioned contact surfaces (23', 23") remain mutually spaced so as to prevent the hose portion (P) from being compressed between them.
