Abstract (en)
There is described a system comprising a millimeter waves emitter, with one or more frequencies selected in the band 61.0 - 61.5 GHz and a power flux density of approximately 10 mW/cm2, connectable to a source of energy. Radiation doses can reduce chronic pain, of low to moderate intensity. Developments describe the use of logic circuit(s), sensors and/or actuators, the use of a second energy source, possibly releasable. Various options are described: the connection between the emitter and/or one or more energy sources can be wired but also wireless, e.g. performed by power beaming. Object tracking device can be used. Different types of batteries can be used, and energy can even be drained from available consumer electronics devices. Magnetic connections can be used, along fast-charge batteries or various communication networks and protocols.
