Abstract (en)
The present invention discloses a header-tank assembly for a heat exchanger. The header-tank assembly comprising a tank having a base portion and a tank foot, a baffle protruding from the base portion towards the tank foot dividing the tank into a first section and a second section, and a header configured to be fixed to the tank in a fluid tight manner. The header tank assembly further comprises a sealing member fixed to the baffle. The sealing member is in contact at least with the baffle and the header so that the first section is fluidly isolated from the second section.
