[origin: WO2022038552A1] The present disclosure relates to a coaxial nozzle for building a 3D tissue model. Accordingly, a nozzle for 3D tissue bioprinting may include at least one buffer solution inlet, at least one peptide inlet, at least one cell inlet, and a mixing chamber. The least one buffer solution inlet is attached to the at least one peptide inlet. The at least one cell inlet is attached to the at least one peptide inlet. The at least one buffer solution inlet may be attached from a side of the at least one peptide inlet, and the at least one cell inlet may be disposed externally and attached at an angle to the at least one peptide inlet.
