La présente invention concerne un commutateur (10) comportant :- un transistor à protéger (12), et- une unité de protection (14) contre l'effet Miller comprenant :- un transistor de protection (18), le drain (180) du transistor de protection (18) étant relié à la grille (12G) du transistor à protéger (12), la source (18S) du transistor de protection (18) étant reliée à la source (12S) du transistor à protéger (12),- un circuit de liaison (20), le circuit de liaison (20) étant un filtre passe-haut disposé entre la grille (18G) du transistor de protection (18) et le drain (120) du transistor à protéger (12), et- un circuit de commande (22) intercalé entre la grille (18G) du transistor de protection (18) et la source (12S) du transistor à protéger (12).
