[origin: WO2022043860A1] The present invention regards oven (1) for heating and/or cooking food comprising: a containment structure (2) defining a chamber (3) and having an access (4) configured to allow the communication between the chamber (3) and the external environment, a closing element (5) for the access (4), a cleaning device (70) configured to generate and introduce a steam flow in the chamber (3). The cleaning device has an outlet opening (11) defined on the containment structure (2) and configured to allow the escapement of a fluid and/or residues from said chamber (3); the cleaning device has a channel (12) configured to allow the introduction of the steam flow in the chamber (3), passing through said outlet opening (11).
