The present invention related to a cavity wall comprising a first wall leaf, a second wall leaf, a wall cavity arranged between the first wall leaf and the second wall leaf of the cavity wall and a wall tie, wherein the wall tie comprises a first fixation system, wherein the first fixation system comprises:- an elongated first installation element arranged inside the first wall leaf, so as to install the wall tie to the first wall leaf by fixing the first fixation system relative to the first wall leaf,- an elongated first cavity element fixed to the first installation element and extending from the first installation element towards the second wall leaf and terminating at a first location beyond an inner major wall surface of the first wall leaf facing the wall cavity,- a retainer part for retention of one or more cables and/or pipes inside the wall cavity, wherein the retainer part is arranged inside the wall cavity and fixed to the first cavity element, and wherein the retainer part comprises a hook arrangement having one or more hooks retaining one or more cables and/or pipes.
