[origin: WO2022263429A1] The invention relates to a medical instrument set having a guide tube and a medical instrument which can be introduced into the guide tube for processing and removing tissue in an intervertebral disc space between two adjacent vertebral bodies. The instrument has a shaft which is rotatable about its extension direction. A set of bristles comprising at least two bristles, with at least one space therebetween, is provided in a distal end region. The space is such that, during rotation of the shaft about its extension direction, processed tissue is movable in an axial direction inside the space. The invention further relates to a medical device and to a medical method.
