Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2022053268A1] The invention relates to a multi-sheet document having a first, a second and a third document sheet. On the first and second document sheets, a visible optical security feature is provided, in which a hidden image or sign is optically coded. The third document sheet has an at least semitransparent decoding element for optically decoding both the first optical security feature and the second optical security feature. The document sheets are movably connected such that the first security feature can be brought into at least partial overlap with the decoding element while facing a first document page of the third document sheet and the second security feature can be brought into at least partial overlap with the decoding element while facing a second document page of the third document sheet, which second document page is opposite from the first document page. Each of the two hidden images or signs can be optically decoded by means of the decoding element, for the purpose of verifying the security feature in question, by bringing the decoding element into overlap with the security feature in question which is to be decoded and observing said security feature in question through the decoding element in the spectral range.
