[origin: WO2022053429A1] The invention relates to a container having a lid, wherein: the container (1) and/or the lid (2) are preferably plastic parts; the container (1) comprises a peripheral sidewall (3), which forms an upper container edge (4) and a container opening (5), and a container bottom (6); the container (1) and lid (2) comprise mutually corresponding fastening means (7, 8) for detachably fastening the lid to the container (1); the upper container edge (4) is a sealing edge and is adapted to become sealingly joined, or is sealingly joined, to a sealing film (9) that closes the container openings (5). According to the invention, a peripheral skirt (15) is integrally moulded on the upper container edge (4) so as to be radially outside with respect thereto, which skirt comprises a groove (16) that extends over the entire circumference and is open to the container opening (5) and has a radially inner and a radially outer groove flank (16a, 16b), wherein the lid (2) comprises a fully peripheral sealing lip (21) which projects from the lid underside (2A) and, in the closed position of the lid (2) on the container (1), sealingly abuts at least the radially outer groove flank and sealingly closes the container (1) when the sealing film (9) is removed.
