The atomizer comprises: a liquid storage chamber, comprising a liquid storage cavity for storing e-liquid; a liquid storage chamber base, arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage chamber; and an atomization core, provided with at least one liquid inlet hole. The atomization core is configured to be able to move from a first position to a second position. At the first position, the at least one liquid inlet hole is positioned outside the liquid storage chamber, and at the second position, the at least one liquid inlet hole is positioned inside the liquid storage chamber.
