[origin: EP4212046A1] [Problem] To provide a mechanism with which it is possible to improve the quality of an experience using an inhalation device. [Solution] This inhalation device is provided with: a communication unit that communicates with another device; a heating unit that heats an aerosol source-containing substrate to generate an aerosol; a storage unit that stores information; and a control unit that controls the operation of the inhalation device. The storage unit stores one or more operation settings which are information for setting the operation of the inhalation device. The control unit controls the operation of the inhalation device on the basis of an operation setting to be used among the operation settings stored by the storage unit. The communication unit transmits information indicating the operation settings stored by the storage unit.
