[origin: US2023313058A1] Gasification method comprising the following steps of: a) bringing, in a main reactor, beads made of steel, an alloy, glass or ceramic, at a temperature between 600° C. and 1,000° C., into contact with a feedstock mixture comprising water and a biomass, the biomass comprising an organic part and salts, the main reactor being pressurised to more than 224 bar and at a temperature above 200° C. b) gasifying the organic part in the presence of the beads, thereby forming a gaseous phase, an aqueous phase and a solid residue, and whereby the salts precipitate on the beads, forming a salt shell covering the beads, c) separating the beads from the organic part, d) regenerating the beads.

Procédé de gazéification comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) mettre en contact dans un réacteur principal (100) des billes (200) en acier, en alliage, en verre ou en céramique, à une température entre 600°C et 1000°C, avec un mélange à traiter comprenant de l'eau et une biomasse, la biomasse comprenant une partie organique et des sels, le réacteur principal (100) pressurisé à plus de 224bars et à une température supérieure à 200°Cb) gazéifier la partie organique en présence des billes, moyennant quoi on forme une phase gazeuse, une phase aqueuse et un résidu solide, et moyennant quoi les sels précipitent sur les billes (200), formant une coquille (210) de sels recouvrant les billes (200),c) séparer les billes (200) de la partie organique,d) régénérer les billes (200).
