[origin: WO2022058575A1] The invention relates to a system (100) for dehumidifying the air in a greenhouse used for growing plants, comprising at least one dehumidification device (1021-1023) comprising a dehumidification unit comprising: - at least a first exchanger, referred to as the cold bank (1041-1043), for cooling a flow of air coming from said greenhouse, through exchange of heat with a first heat-transfer fluid, referred to as the cold fluid, which is colder than the air passing through said cold bank (1041-1043); and - at least a second exchanger, referred to as the hot bank (1061-1063), downstream of said cold bank (1041-1043), for warming a flow of air coming from said cold bank, through exchange of heat with a second heat-transfer fluid, referred to as the hot fluid, which is hotter than the air passing through said hot bank (1061-1063); characterized in that it further comprises a single unit (108) for producing hot and cold and which feeds: - the at least one cold bank (1041-1043) with cold fluid via a circuit, referred to as the cold circuit (110), and - the at least one hot bank (1061-1063) with hot fluid, via a circuit, referred to as the hot circuit (112); and in that said single unit (108) for producing hot and cold comprises a heat-transfer stage for the transfer of heat between the cold fluid and the hot fluid.
