[origin: WO2022063445A1] The invention relates to a transport container (10) with a main body (12) made from foamed plastic, preferably from expanded polypropylene (EPP), and having at least one reinforcing element (36) which is incorporated in the main body (12) and has an upper bearing face (44) on the upper side thereof and a lower bearing face (52) on the underside thereof facing away from the upper bearing face (44) and arranged in parallel therewith, the upper bearing face (44) and the bottom bearing face (52) being exposed. According to the invention, the lower bearing face (52) has at least two part faces (50) arranged at a distance from one another.
