[origin: WO2022063550A1] The invention relates to an insulating glazing unit (1) with RFID transponders (9) for operating with an RFID reading device at an operating frequency fREAD, comprising: - at least one spacer (5) which is formed peripherally so as to form a spacer frame (5') and which delimits an inner region (12), - a first glass pane (4a), which is arranged on a first pane contact surface (5.1) of the spacer frame (5'), and - a second glass pane (4b), which is arranged on a second pane contact surface (5.2) of the spacer frame (5'), wherein - the glass panes (4a, 4b) protrude beyond the spacer frame (5'), and an outer region (13) is formed which is at least partly, preferably completely, filled with a sealing element (6), - at least one RFID transponder (9) is arranged at least partly, preferably completely, within the sealing element (6), - the sealing element (6) has a relative permittivity εr which is greater than or equal to 2, - the spacer (5) is at least partly electrically conductive, and - the RFID transponder (9) has an operating frequency fTRANS of fREAD + 30 Mhz to fREAD + 100 MHz.
