The battery assembly includes at least one battery unit (1a), and the battery unit includes multiple cells (1), where the length direction of each cell is a first direction (F1), and the multiple cells are arranged in a second direction (F2). The tray includes at least one temperature adjustment unit (2a), where the temperature adjustment unit includes a temperature adjustment flow channel (201) and a confluence flow channel (202). Any one of the temperature adjustment flow channels exchanges heat with at least one of the cells arranged in the second direction, and exchanges heat with at most one cell arranged in the first direction.
