Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2022108572A1] The invention relates to the preparation, optimization, and characterization of the formulations of liquid self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery systems (SNEDDS) containing bosentan monohydrate (BOS) using long-chain mono and diglyceride mixtures. BOS-containing liquid SNEDDS, Glyceryl monolinoleate (Maisine®) - Polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil (Cremophor® RH 40) - Caprilocaproil polyoxyl-8 glycerides (Labrasol®) and Glyceryl monooleate (Peceol®) - Polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil (Cremophor® RH 40) - Caprylocaproyl polyoxyl-8 glycerides (Labrasol®) from certain proportions of formed, and the systems were determined by water titration method.
