[origin: WO2022069151A1] The present invention relates to an arrangement (10) with a wheel (11) and a planar cover element (12), wherein the wheel has a rim (16), a hub (17) and a plurality of spokes (15), wherein the wheel has a free space (13) between at least every two spokes spaced apart in the circumferential direction, said free space being at least partly covered by the planar cover element and, on its inner edge, having a slight step (14) on an outer side of the rim, which step extends at least in some portions along the edge, and the cover element and the rim being formed and arranged relative to one another in such a way that the gap (20) resulting in the region of the step from the arrangement of the cover element relative to the rim, following entry of a flow into the gap until exit from the gap, causes an at least two-fold deflection (U1, U2) of the flow passing through the gap from the vehicle interior to the vehicle exterior or from the vehicle exterior to the vehicle interior.
