Abstract (en)
[origin: CA3198224A1] The present invention relates to a friction spacer adapted to be interposed between two mechanical components in order to be able to transfer a force between the two mechanical components, the friction spacer comprising a flat part (20) having two opposite surfaces (18) defining a thickness, and a plurality of protuberances (16) projecting from at least one of the surfaces (18), the protuberances (16) of the plurality of protuberances extending from said at least one of the opposite surfaces (18) by a determined average height. The flat part (20) and the protuberances (16) are produced from the same metal material, and the same metal material continuously extends between the flat part (20) and the protuberances (16).
