[origin: WO2022099177A1] A steering linkage assembly that allows an offset between a steering axis and a head tube axis of a bicycle. In turn, rider cockpit dimensions are divorced from vehicle performance aspects such that vehicle performance aspects may be tailored regardless of rider size. The steering linkage assembly generally includes a chassis with a removeable cartridge therein, the cartridge having a fork tube for operably receiving a steering fork therein and a handlebar tube offset from the fork tube for operably receiving a handlebar therein, with an internal linkage operably connecting the fork tube and the handlebar tube to provide relative co-rotation.
