[origin: WO2022096639A1] A method for providing measurement data from sensor devices in a building by means of at least one transmission module by way of wireless data communication, having the following features: a) the at least one transmission module is installed in the building in radio range of the sensor devices and is automatically started up without the need for manual configuration, b) the transmission module that has been started up wirelessly records the measurement data from various sensor devices by means of a first radio interface of the transmission module by way of a measurement data transmission protocol, c) the transmission module wirelessly transmits the measurement data by means of a second radio interface of the transmission module directly or indirectly via one or more further transmission modules via the Internet to a server connected to the Internet, d) the server decrypts the measurement data and records them in a measurement data database.
