[origin: WO2022129414A1] A door gap lock (1) comprising a door leaf part (2) which is designed to be arranged on a door leaf and has an axially slidably mounted locking bolt (5), and comprising a frame part (3) which is designed to be arranged on a door frame and has a rotatably mounted pivot lever (4), wherein the locking bolt (5) can be slid into a guide (6) on the pivot lever (4) and, during a relative movement between the door leaf part (2) and the frame part (3), is guided in a form-fitting manner in this guide (6) so as to be slidable therein over a defined distance, and wherein the guide (6) arranged in the pivot lever (4) has a predetermined breaking point at which the locking bolt (5) breaks through the guide (6) when a defined force is applied to the locking bolt (5).
