Display cabinet for preserving food products, comprising a support structure (2), defining a containment volume (V) for housing the food products and provided with at least one access opening (A) for accessing the containment volume (V) and at least two uprights (20), which are extended along a main extension direction (Y) and laterally delimit the at least one access opening (A).In addition, the display cabinet comprises a plurality of shelves (3), which are intended to receive the food products in abutment within the containment volume (V) and comprising at least two brackets (31), each of which mechanically fixed to at least one corresponding upright (20) and extended projectingly from the upright (20), and at least one ledge (32) mechanically connected to the brackets (31) and intended to receive the food products in abutment. The shelves (3) are mechanically supported by the uprights (20) and are cantilevered extended from the uprights (20) towards the interior of the containment volume (V), and each bracket (31) is extended along a depth direction (Z) between a first end (31'), placed in proximity to the access opening (A) and fixed to a corresponding upright (20) and a second end (31") that is free, opposite the first end (31') and placed within the containment volume (V). Each ledge (32) is extended depth-wise from a front edge (320) which is placed distal with respect to the front opening (A) in order to define, with the uprights (20), a passage opening (B) inside the containment volume (V) for air recirculation within the display cabinet.
