Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2023175082A1] The invention relates to a piston-cylinder unit (1). A piston movement sensor (28) is arranged in a transverse bore (27) of a cylinder head (4) of the piston cylinder unit (1). According to the invention, a positioning and/or aligning element (42) is supported on a base (47) in the transverse bore (27), and the piston movement sensor (28) is supported on the positioning and/or aligning element. The positioning and/or aligning element (42) specifies the axial position of the piston movement sensor (28) in the transverse bore (27), and the positioning and/or aligning element (42) can additionally specify the alignment of the piston movement sensor (28). The piston-cylinder unit (1) according to the invention can be used, for example, for working machines, construction machines, agricultural machines, maritime machines, wheel bearings, excavators, dump trucks, cranes, lift trucks, or lifting platforms.
