Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2022106627A1] The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a liquid containing liposomes. The method is characterized in that the conduction of a first liquid and a second liquid into a micromixer and to the output of the micromixer is carried out by means of gas pressure from at least one source of gas, optionally in addition by at least one device for conveying a liquid, wherein the total flow rate of the liquids is adjusted in such a way that the total flow rate at the output of the micromixer is at least 10 mL/min. The method and the device allow the production of liquids, which contain liposomes having a narrow size distribution, on an industrial scale in a simple and reproducible manner. The invention also relates to a liquid containing liposomes having a narrow size distribution and to uses thereof.
