[origin: WO2022106129A1] The invention relates to a method for heating a gearbox (3) with a torque converter (11), wherein different gears (R1, R2, R3, V1, V2, V3) can be engaged by selectively actuating clutches (K1, K2, K3, KR, KV), wherein the gearbox (3) is blocked on the output side, as a result of which a turbine shaft (12) of the torque converter (11) is fixed while a drive power is introduced into the gearbox (3) by means of a drive element (2), characterised in that the blocking is implemented by actuating the clutches (K1, K2, K3, KR, KV) in such a way that two mutually different gears (R1, R2, R3, V1, V2, V3) of one direction of travel are engaged simultaneously.
