Abstract (en)
A yarn winding machine includes a lower winding unit and an upper winding unit 10a. The upper winding unit 10a is arranged at a higher position than the lower winding unit and at an offset position perpendicular to the axial direction of the package with respect to the lower winding unit. The upper winding unit 10a includes a first bobbin holder, a second bobbin holder, and turret plate 40. The first bobbin holder holds a first bobbin. The second bobbin holder holds a second bobbin. The turret plate 40 changes positions of the first bobbin holder and the second bobbin holder. The turret plate 40 sets a position of the first bobbin holder to a position larger than 270° and smaller than 360° by receiving the signal for threading the yarn to the first bobbin (yarn threading start signal).
