[origin: EP4255011A1] This application provides an information processing method and apparatus. The method may include: obtaining information in a communication network; and processing the information by using an intelligent network. The intelligent network includes a first sub-network and a second sub-network, the first sub-network is configured to process a common feature in the information, and the second sub-network is configured to process a non-common feature in the information. The first sub-network may be used for a plurality of communication devices, and may be configured to process a common feature of the plurality of communication devices, for example, a feature corresponding to a common environment. In this manner, different communication devices may reuse the first sub-network, and a change frequency thereof does not need to be excessively high, so that complexity and costs can be reduced. Each communication device may train a corresponding second sub-network, so that performance can be ensured as much as possible. Therefore, according to this application, a tradeoff between performance and complexity can be effectively achieved, and there is more room for performance improvement and complexity reduction.
