Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2022117337A1] The present invention relates to a power tool having a first rechargeable battery and a second rechargeable battery as energy sources, the power tool comprising a main body and a motor. The power tool is characterised in particular in that the main body has a first accommodation space for accommodating the first rechargeable battery and a second accommodation space for accommodating the second rechargeable battery, wherein the accommodation spaces are arranged inside a housing of the main body such that the rechargeable batteries are accessible and exchangeable from a rear side of the main body, wherein the accommodation spaces for the rechargeable batteries form a lower termination of the main body of the power tool. Within the meaning of the invention, this means that the accommodation spaces for the rechargeable batteries and the rechargeable batteries themselves are arranged in a lower, rear region of the main body, where they are particularly well-protected from falling out, moisture or the like.
