The active substance device (10) has an active substance reservoir (16), which is fluid-connected to a dispensing device (30). The electronic device (12), which in particular is produced as a separate component, has a control device (36) and a pump device (34) electrically connected thereto. With the aid of the pump device (34), the active substance is conveyed out of the active substance reservoir (16) to the dispensing device (30).
