[origin: WO2022122727A1] The invention relates to a device (10) for spraying or applying a medium using an auxiliary gas in the form of compressed air or a pressurized inert gas, more particularly to the inner sides of medical products or vessels, said device having a binary nozzle (1) formed from at least two cannulae (2, 3) which are inserted into each other and have a substantially constant diameter over the longitudinal extent thereof, having a nozzle body (4) which is designed as a holder for the binary nozzle (1) and has at least one inlet (11, 12) each for the medium and for compressed air or an inert gas, wherein clamping inserts (5, 6) adapted to receptacles (7, 8) are arranged on the nozzle body (4) to sealingly hold and fix an internal cannula (2) and an external cannula (3), wherein the clamping inserts (5, 6) are provided for securing the cannulae (2, 3) inserted into each other with the formation of a predefined gap (14) between the inner cannula (2) and the outer cannula (3).
