[origin: WO2022123032A1] The present invention relates to a cell culture system (10, 20, 30) comprising a first component (11a, 21a, 31a) with an opening (12, 22, 32) in the lower portion, a membrane (13, 23, 33) for diffusing a gas into a liquid (15, 25, 35) by dissolution, an enclosure (16a, 26, 36) capable of retaining a volume of gas (16b) that can diffuse into the liquid (15, 25, 35) via the membrane (13, 23, 33), and a drive member (17, 27, 37) for driving the container, the container (14, 24) being tilted at a non-zero angle α that is less than or equal to 30°. The present invention also relates to a cell culture system (60) comprising a first component (61a) and a second component (62a) forming a ring-shaped container and a drive member, the container being tilted at a non-zero angle α that is less than or equal to 30°. The present invention also relates to a method using a system of the invention and an assembly comprising a system of the invention and a liquid comprising a species to be cultured.
