[origin: WO2022136054A1] In a screw closure (1) having a tamper-evident strip (6) and a screw cap (2) which is captively connected thereto and consists of a lateral wall (3) with internal screw thread (4) and a cover surface (5), a captive screw closure is provided which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art, wherein the mechanical stress of the holding strips is substantially reduced. This is achieved in that the screw closure (1) has at least one tensile element (7; 7') which permits an axial longitudinal movement of the screw cap (2) with respect to the tamper-evident strip (6) purely in the longitudinal direction (X) of the screw closure (1) and that a pivot element, more particularly a pivot plate (8), is either fixedly but pivotably connected to the tamper-evident strip (6) while the pivot element, more particularly the pivot plate (8), is separably connected to the screw cap (2), or the pivot element, more particularly the pivot plate (8), is fixedly but pivotably connected to the screw cap (2) while the pivot element, more particularly the pivot plate (8), is separably connected to the tamper-evident strip (6), wherein the pivot plate (8) permits the deformation required for the pivoting movement.
