[origin: WO2022129269A1] The present invention relates to an aqueous cleaning composition comprising: a. 0.1 to 10 wt% anionic surfactant selected from alkyl sulphates, alkyl ether sulphates and combinations thereof; b. 0.1 to 10 wt% nonionic surfactant selected from alcohol ethoxylates, short chain alkyl poly glycosides and combinations thereof; and c. 1 to 20 wt% organic acid having a pKa of 2.5 to 5.5; wherein the composition has a pH of 2 to 4; wherein the alcohol ethoxylate has from 1 to 7 EO; and wherein the alkyl poly glycoside has alkyl groups from C8 to C10, wherein the composition is free of organic solvent. The invention also relates to a method and use of said composition for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
