[origin: WO2023202961A1] The invention relates to a method for operating a logistics installation for piece goods, having the steps of: - conveying piece goods in the logistic installation to an automatic detection system (3) along a main conveyor line (2); automatically detecting a fault relating to an assembly of piece goods (23, 24) by means of the detection system (3); - generating a first data set (33, 34, 35, 36) by means of which the assembly of piece goods (23, 24) can be identified; - on the basis of the detected fault, ejecting the assembly of piece goods (23, 24) from the main conveyor line (2) to a recirculation conveyor line (5) which feeds the assembly of piece goods (23, 24) to the detection system (3) again, - wherein when the assembly of piece goods (23, 24) is fed to the detection system again, the detection system (3) detects the fault again and generates a second data set (33, 34, 35, 36), by means of which the assembly of piece goods (23, 24) can be identified; and - detecting a match between the first and second data set (33, 34, 35, 36).

Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Logistikanlage für Stückgüter, umfassend die Verfahrensschritte:- Fördern von Stückgütern in der Logistikanlage entlang einer Hauptförderstrecke (2) zu einem automatischen Erkennungssystem (3);Automatisches Erkennen eines einen Stückgutkomplex (23, 24) betreffenden Fehlers durch das Erkennungssystem (3);- Erstellen eines ersten Datensatzes (33, 34, 35, 36), mittels welchem sich der Stückgutkomplex (23, 24) identifizieren lässt;- Aufgrund des erkannten Fehlers Ausschleusen des Stückgutkomplexes (23, 24) von der Hauptförderstrecke (2) auf eine Rezirkulationsförderstrecke (5) , welche eine erneute Zuführung des Stückgutkomplexes (23, 24) zu dem Erkennungssystem (3) bewirkt;- Wobei bei der erneuten Zuführung des Stückgutkomplexes (23, 24) das Erkennungssystem (3) den Fehler erneut erkennt und einen zweiten Datensatz (33, 34, 35, 36) erstellt, mittels welchem sich der Stückgutkomplex (23, 24) identifizieren lässt;- Erkennen einer Übereinstimmung des ersten und des zweiten Datensatzes (33, 34, 35, 36) und darauf basierend Klassifizieren des Stückgutkomplexes (33, 34, 35, 36) als wiederholt fehlerbetroffen.
